  • Project Manager

    What We Seek

    To be a strong fit for the role of Project Manager, you will have:

    • A bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, IT, or construction management (strongly preferred); an associate’s degree and/or a minimum 7+ years’ experience configuring and administering project management information systems and 3+ years leading implementation teams and delivering project management solutions will be considered.
    • Extensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Visio, Publisher, Project, and/or Adobe Acrobat Pro is a definite plus.

    What You Will Be Doing

    As a Project Manager, you will proactively coordinate and manage all aspects of the project to successfully implement the client’s project portfolio management solution—both in the eyes of the client and the eyes of the company. You will:

    • Lead and direct your assigned project staff.
    • Guide the development and improvement client processes based on business use cases.
    • In conjunction with the project team, translate business use cases related to contracted scope into business processes and other system components (including project management, collaboration, project controls, finance, and other functional areas).
    • Apply experience to drive an optimal project management solution.
    • Manage project-specific subcontractor work orders with scope, cost, and schedule control.
    • Ensure your assigned project staff conform with established standards, including—but not limited to—client deliverables, documentation, quality control, requirements gathering, solution design, software configuration, training material, user manuals, and testing.
    • Actively manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Coordinate with management and client to review and approve changes to the project baseline.

  • Implementation Lead

    What We Seek

    To be a strong fit for the role of Implementation Lead, you will have:

    • A bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, IT, or construction management (strongly preferred); an associate’s degree and/or a minimum 5+ years industry-specific experience will be considered.
    • Strong knowledge and experience with configuring business processes within Web-based project management information systems (Oracle Primavera Unifier, a plus); intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL.
    • Extensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Visio, Publisher, Project, and/or Adobe Acrobat Pro is a definite plus.
    • High-level communication skills in English; ability to write reports and business correspondence; ability to effectively present.

    What You Will Be Doing

    As an Implementation Lead, you will report to the operations manager and work closely with implementation specialists, project managers, and the project execution director. Primarily, you will oversee the technical team and the design, configuration, and deployment of the project management solution. You will:

    • Oversee the project management solution architecture development, configuration, and deployment to production.
    • Interface and coordinate with clients, departments, consultants, contractors, and community to resolve problems.
    • Oversee and delegate configuration, testing, and deployment tasks.
    • Responsible for compliance to design specifications and developing mockups.
    • Develop technical solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative solutions based on client business needs.
    • Attend discovery sessions with client subject-matter experts and capture client business requirements.
    • Manage and track configuration progress and regularly update project executives and managers on progress.
    • Prioritize project tasks to ensure deliverables adhere to client requirements, Foresee quality, and project schedule.
    • Contribute to developing project schedules, work plans, and resource plans.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues for clients and other members of the technical team.
    • Work with project managers to address potential change orders that may alter project scope, schedule, and/or budget.
    • Coordinate system integration requirements with Foresee’s technical manager.
    • Adhere to scheduled work plans.
    • Create system deployment documentation and procedures.

  • Implementation Specialist

    What We Seek

    To be a strong fit for the role of Implementation Specialist, you will have:

    • A bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, IT, or construction management (strongly preferred); An associate’s degree and/or a minimum 5+ years industry-specific experience will be considered.
    • Strong knowledge and experience with business process configuration within Web-based project management information systems (Oracle Primavera Unifier, a plus); strong knowledge and experience with application development, integration scripts, and Business Intelligence Publisher highly desirable.
    • Extensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Visio, Publisher, Project, and/or Adobe Acrobat Pro is a definite plus.
    • High-level communication skills in English; ability to write reports and business correspondence; ability to effectively present.

    What You Will Be Doing

    As an Implementation Specialist, you will report to the operations manager and implementation lead and work closely with implementation associates, project managers, and the director of project execution. Primarily, you will implement—configure, deploy, and write documentation on—project management information systems (in particular, Oracle Primavera Unifier). You will:

    • Configure, document, test, and deploy Unifier business processes and related system setup.
    • Manage changes to configurations using uDesigner (i.e., workflows, forms, etc.)
    • Troubleshoot user issues throughout the configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
    • Develop and maintain documentation to support conceptual design, design specifications, user permissions, and deployment.
    • Assist the training managers with the development of user guides and training materials.
    • Contribute to closeout phase of project and add any lessons learned to Foresee’s technical knowledge base.
    • Assist with testing and quality control to validate system functionality against requirements and design specifications.
    • Maintain system development standards documentation, configuration notes and libraries.
    • Assist training managers in training customer personnel.
    • Respond to technical inquires from clients and project staff.
    • Escalate problems to supervisors when needed so they can manage customer expectations.

  • Visual Designer / Product Designer

    What We Seek

    To be a strong fit for the role of Visual Designer / Product Designer, you will need:

    • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Visual Design, Interaction Design or equivalent work experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in interaction design and visual design.
    • Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
    • Strong technical knowledge of web design principles.
    • Familiar with the agile product development methodology.
    • Understanding of corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in digital media.
    • Experienced in conceptual development, website layout, implementation, and testing of interfaces and functionality.
    • Must have a portfolio showcasing stellar experience on interaction and visual design for web and mobile applications.
    • Able to follow project timelines, and meet specific deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a supportive team committed to doing great work together.

     

    What You Will Be Doing

    As a Visual Designer / Product Designer, you will be working with the lead project manager to:

    • Design user interfaces for modern browsers and mobile devices.
    • Provide visual designs (including cascading style sheets – CSS), high- and low-fidelity interaction designs, and design specifications.
    • Create UI designs across mobile and web interfaces.
    • Create style guides for iconography, web framework components, and application user interfaces.
    • Enhance & evolve current visual style guides.
